Activation: Your subscription is activated automatically upon receipt of payment. Login credentials are sent to your registered email address, typically within minutes.
Renewals: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We send a renewal reminder before your subscription expires; renewal is optional and requires a new payment.
Currency: All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5. Refunds

In summary, IPTVSmart offers a 10-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, subject to the conditions set out in the Refund Policy. Statutory rights under UK consumer law apply where relevant.
6. Acceptable Use
When using IPTVSmart, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others or allow multiple people to use your subscription beyond what you have paid for
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any part of it
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass any security or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software we provide
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service in a way that affects performance for other users
- Use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of third parties
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
7. Service Availability

The IPTVSmart name, logo, website design, and all content we directly create are owned by IPTVSmart. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
These Terms do not transfer to you any intellectual property rights in our service, software, or content.
10. User Conduct and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or any other policy
- Your account is involved in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- You request termination
- We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority
- We discontinue the Service in whole or in part
Where we terminate your account due to your breach, no refund will be issued. Where we terminate without cause and you have unused subscription time, we will offer a pro-rata refund.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, the Service is provided “as available”. While we will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill (as required by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), we make no specific warranty that:
- The Service will meet your particular requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Specific channels or content will remain available
- Any defects will be corrected immediately
This section does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, network outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or pandemic-related restrictions.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and IPTVSmart agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, except that we may bring proceedings against you in your country of residence if required.
If you are a UK consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website and Service may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g. PayPal, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s own terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
