Thank you for choosing IPTVSmart. We want every customer to have a smooth, reliable streaming experience. If you’re not satisfied with your subscription, this policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
This policy applies to all purchases made through https://iptvsmart.uk and complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all new IPTVSmart subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first 10 days of activation, you may request a full refund subject to the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if all the following conditions are met:
- You request the refund within 10 days of your purchase date
- You contact our support team and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any technical issues before requesting a refund
- Your account has not been suspended for breach of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- You have not previously received a refund from IPTVSmart
Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion. We aim to be fair and we won’t withhold refunds where the service genuinely hasn’t met expectations.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- After the 10-day window has elapsed
- Renewals of existing subscriptions — refund eligibility applies only to new first-time subscriptions
- Issues caused by your equipment, internet connection, or ISP — including ISP blocks, slow internet, incompatible apps, or device problems beyond our control
- Issues with specific channels that are temporarily unavailable due to provider-side changes (we will work to restore them, but content availability is not guaranteed)
- If you have already initiated a chargeback or PayPal dispute before contacting us — please contact us first; chargebacks waste time for both sides
- If you have shared your login details with others or otherwise breached our Terms & Conditions
4. Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Law)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases of digital services.
Important: by purchasing an IPTVSmart subscription and accepting these terms at checkout, you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period once your login credentials are issued and the service is activated.
Our 10-day money-back guarantee (Section 1) is offered in addition to your statutory rights and provides comparable consumer protection.
This does not affect any of your other statutory rights as a UK consumer.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your request:
- The email address used to make the purchase
- The order reference / PayPal transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
- A description of any issues you experienced (and confirmation that you contacted support to resolve them, where applicable)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
6. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal)
- Once refunded, your IPTVSmart subscription will be deactivated immediately
PayPal typically takes 1–3 additional business days to display the refund in your account, depending on your bank.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your IPTVSmart subscription at any time. Cancellation simply means we won’t send you renewal reminders — your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
To cancel future renewals, email [email protected]. Please note that cancelling future renewals does not entitle you to a refund of any unused time outside the 10-day refund window.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
